Is my Sony product compatible with Dolby Atmos?
You can check the manual or Help Guide to see if your product supports Dolby Atmos.
If you connect Dolby Atmos compatible devices together (for example, a TV and soundbar) using the HDMI (ARC/eARC) terminal and your equipment does not support Dolby Atmos, the audio output will use the Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital+ signal.
Notes:
- To check if your TV model supports Dolby Atmos, refer to the manual or the online Help Guide on Sony's support website. If your TV manual or Help Guide only mentions pass-through codecs, some of these codecs may not work with internal TV applications or TV speakers.
