I cannot transfer videos to my smartphone through the Imaging Edge Mobile (PlayMemories Mobile successor) app.

If you are unable to transfer videos to your smartphone using the Send to Smartphone function of the Imaging Edge Mobile (PlayMemories Mobile successor) app, check the file format of the video you are attempting to send. The Send to Smartphone function can only be used on MP4 files. The Send to Smartphone function cannot be used with AVCHD files and cannot be used if the Airplane Mode is set to ON.

NOTE: Not all cameras have Wi-Fi capability or Airplane mode. To see if your camera has these features, check the specifications.
