Spotify sometimes cannot be played in a group
If you want to play music from Spotify® in a Multi-room group, all of the devices connected to the group must be set to the network standby function.
- If using the SRS-X77/X88/X99 models:
Turn on the BLUETOOTH/Network standby function.
- If using the HT-NT3/ST9/XT3, STR-DN860/DN1060 models:
Set Remote Start to ON.
NOTE: For customers using HT-NT3/ST9/XT3, STR-DN860/DN1060: these devices will have a firmware update at the beginning of July 2015, that will make them compatible with Spotify.
