Automatically adjusts the picture quality based on the colour and brightness of ambient light.

• When the TV is in a dark environment, the screen is darker to avoid extreme brightness.

Adjusts the screen luminance (brightness) level based on the ambient light to reduce glare.

• Setting values: Off or On

Adjusts the balance between light and dark in the picture, making it easier to see dark areas of the screen even in a bright room.

• Setting values: Off or On

Optimises the colour temperature based on the current ambient light.

• Setting values: Off or On

Adjusts the luminance (brightness) of the screen.

• Setting values: Min (0) to Max (50)
  • Up: the screen gets brighter
  • Down: the screen gets darker
• Power consumption increases when the screen is brighter and decreases when it is darker. This is the same as when using lighting equipment.
• For 2023 or later models: To make the screen brighter, set Power saving to Off.

Adjusts the brightness by controlling the signal range.

• Setting values: Min (0) to Max (100)
• The white level becomes darker when the contrast is lowered, and the difference between the light and dark parts of the white level becomes small, so the picture becomes darker.

Adjusts the light and dark balance by controlling the middle range luminance (brightness) of the screen while maintaining the white and black levels.

• Setting values: Min (-3) to Max (3)
• Increasing the gamma correction brightens the picture, and decreasing it darkens the picture.

Automatically adjusts the brightness and gradation balance based on the luminance level of the HDR content.

• Setting values: Min (0) to Max (100)
  • This is the only value option for HDR signals.

Adjusts the picture's black level by controlling the signal level.

• Setting values: Min (0) to Max (100)
• Increasing the black level makes the dark area details (patterns) more visible, and decreasing the black level makes the dark areas less visible.

Enhances the black parts of the image by analysing the picture's brightness level in real time and automatically adjusting the dark levels.

• Setting values: Off, Low, Medium, or High
• Improves the sense of contrast and depth in the image by making the black parts of the image darker.
• The signals input to the TV are controlled and analysed individually in real time to achieve an ideal black correction level.
• For 2023 or later models: This function is disabled in Game mode.

Automatically corrects the contrast of the image by analysing the picture's luminance level in real time.

• Setting values: Off, Low, Medium, or High
• By changing the image's dynamic range to what the TV can reproduce, the image has a brighter contrast and feeling of depth.
• For 2023 or later models: This function is disabled in Game mode.

• Setting values: High, Medium, Low, or Off
• This function is only available in Game mode.

Optimises the contrast by analysing the picture's luminance levels in real time and automatically adjusting the backlight brightness.

• Setting values: Off, Low, Medium, or High
• Improves the contrast and reproduction of black areas.

Optimises the contrast (especially in dark scenes) by analysing the screen's luminance levels in real time and making bright areas brighter.

Setting values: Off, Low, Medium, or High

Adjusts the colour tone by controlling the colour saturation level.

• Setting values: Min (0) to Max (100)
• Makes the colour depth deeper or paler.

Shifts the overall colour (hue) in the red (R) and green (G) direction.

• Setting values: R50 to G50
• Mainly used to adjust the hue of the analogue signal image, which tends to shift during transmission.

Adjust the colour temperature that is standard for colour reproduction.

• Setting values: Warm, Natural, Cool, Expert1, or Expert2
• You can adjust it to four stages that emulate day white or the bulb color of electric lighting.

Adjusts the vividness of colours by correcting and expanding the strength of each colour.

• Setting values: Off, Low, Medium, or High
• You can't perform a colour expansion of the input signal when Live Color is set to Off.
• At Low or higher, the colour reproduction range expands.

Sets the advanced colour temperature.

• Setting values for R-Gain/G-Gain/B-Gain: 
  Min (-40) to Max (0)
• Setting values for R-Bias/G-Bias/B-Bias: 
  Min (-20) to Max (20)

Note: No adjustments needed for normal use.

This function is for advanced users and requires professional picture calibration tools. There are 10 adjustment points available to alter pixel drive at 10 input signal levels.

Adjusts the picture by emphasising the edges and details of objects and people in the image, as well as controlling noise balance.

• The value reference is 50. Raising it above 50 makes the contours and details clearly visible, and lowering it blurs the picture.

Enhances the video details by performing Super Resolution processing and noise reduction while analysing the picture in real time.

• Setting values: Auto, Manual, or Off
• Adjust the Resolution by selecting Manual:
  • Min (0) to Max (100)

Reduces the dot and colour noise that tend to appear in dark areas of the screen.

• Random noise appears during screen movement and poor analogue broadcasting (i.e. when the broadcasting station raises the camera sensitivity).

Reduces compression noise (e.g. block noise) and noise around letters.

• Reduces video compression noise such as digital noise (e.g. the sound of mosquitoes) and other noise that appears to be blocky.

Creates smooth gradations on flat areas of the picture.

• Setting values: Off, Low, Medium, or High
• Eliminates and smooths out noise (referred to as banding) that appears gradually and as stripes in the gradation parts of the image.

Adjusts the Smoothness and Clearness according to your preferences.

• Setting values: Auto, Custom, or Off
• Increases the number of video frames and displays moving images smoothly.
• For 2023 or later models: This function is disabled in Game mode.
• Select Custom to change the following settings:
  • Smoothness: Increases the smoothness of the video content.
    • Setting Values: Min (0) to Max (3)
  • Clearness: Adjusts the strength of clarity.
    • Setting Values: Min (0) to Max (3)
      Note: For some models: High or Low

• Improves the sense of contrast and depth in the image by making the black parts of the image darker.
• The signals input to the TV are controlled and analysed individually in real time to acheive an ideal black correction level.

Automatically adjusts the contrast based on picture brightness.

• Optimally controls the image's sense of contrast.
• By changing the image's dynamic range to what the TV can reproduce, the image has a brighter contrast and feeling of depth.
