How to perform the Clear Data and Clear Cache for apps on the Android TV™ or Google TV™

Follow the steps below.

1. Open the Settings screen. How to access Settings 
   • If the remote control has a Quick Settings button:
     1. On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
     2. Select Settings.
   • If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button:
     1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
     2. Select Settings.
2. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
   • Select Apps — See all apps. (Android™ 9 or later)
   • Select Apps. (Android 8.0 or earlier)
3. Select desired app that you want to remove cache.
4. Select Clear cache then OK.
   If the issue is still not resolved, try the following steps.
5. Select Clear data then OK.
   If the next option is displayed, select CLEAR ALL DATA then OK.

If the above steps do not help to resolve the symptom, please perform reset on your TV.
