How to perform a power reset on your home audio or video product
Follow the steps below to perform a power reset on your device
- Power off your device.
- Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet and leave the power cord disconnected for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.
If your device is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, remove it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet.
If the issue is resolved, the problem is with the power strip or surge protector and not your device. - Power on your device.
If you still encounter issues after following the steps above, your device might need servicing.
