These headphones are not water resistant so be careful not to leave them exposed to any water or moisture, or to leave any kind of any water or moisture on them. Doing so may cause a malfunction, possibly affecting Bluetooth pairing, etc.
If the headphones are wet with sweat or any moisture, wipe them off completely with a soft dry cloth, let them dry at room temperature, and then try pairing again. If the Bluetooth pairing cannot be done even after that, refer to the Headphones Troubleshooting guide.
