Unable to open the file for the firmware update that was downloaded to the USB device.
If a compressed file named UPDATA_M29R0xxx.ZIP was downloaded to the USB device and you are unable to open it, the file may be corrupted or the download was not successful. Delete the downloaded file and follow the steps in the Download and save into USB memory Instructions on how to download and transfer the update file to your USB device.
NOTE: When the compressed file is downloaded correctly, you should be able to extract the following files for the firmware update of the AV receiver.
- MSB29-FW.BIN
- MSB29-FW.ID
- MSB29_MB.BIN
- MSB29-FW_MB.ID
