Can data or images that have been erased from a memory card or USB storage device be recovered?

It may be possible to recover deleted pictures or files using the Memory card file rescue app. The app will then direct you to find the memory device model number and ID code needed to download the software.

• The Memory Card File Rescue app may not work with some Sony memory devices. Check the specifications once you link to the app download page.
• If it doesn't work, you may need to send your memory card or USB storage device to a professional data recovery service company.
