Headset does not power on.
If there is not enough charge in the charging case’s rechargeable battery and you cannot charge the headset, it will not power on even if you take it out of the charging case.
Remove headset from charging case, then press and hold the buttons on the left and right units until the blue indicators flash (approx. 2 sec.).
