Noise is heard from the headphones. (WF-C500)
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

- Select the situation that best describes when the noise occurs:
- Select the device that you are using:
- Check the following:
- If the noise occurs with your voice, the ambient sound may have been the cause. Try speaking louder, or use the headphones in a quieter place.
- If you use the computer's built-in microphone, the noise may be heard with your voice. For details on how to change the computer's settings, refer to the When the headphones are connected to a computer there is no sound or the microphone does not work article.
- If the noise occurs with another person's voice, the network communication may be unstable. Use the headphones near the computer to reduce the interference.
- The issue is resolved
- The ambient sound or the computer's settings may have been the cause.
- The issue is not resolved
- Go to step 5.
- Try speaking louder, or use the headphones in a quieter place.

- Set the headphones in the charging case, close the lid, wait for a few seconds, and then wear the headphones again.
- The issue is resolved
- The issue may have been caused by a temporary malfunction of the headphones.

- Try the following procedure, and check if the issue is resolved.
- Reset (restart) the playback device.
Since the playback device may be temporarily malfunctioning, turn off the device once, and turn it on again. - Delete the Bluetooth device information of your playback device.
