The INZONE Hub PC application cannot detect my headphones

    If the INZONE Hub cannot detect the headphones, try the following:

    • Update the INZONE Hub software on your computer to the latest version.
    • Make sure the slide switch of the USB transceiver is set to PC.
    • Check the Sound settings of your computer:
      1. Open Settings.
      2. Select SystemSoundSound control panel.
      3. Select the INZONE headphones you want to use.
      4. Select Properties.
      5. If Device usage is set to Don't use this device (disable), change the setting to Use this device (enable).
    • Remove any unnecessary devices from the computer.
    • Reconnect the USB transceiver or USB audio box to another USB port.
    • Check the Windows Update to ensure the computer is updated to the latest version.
      • To check the Windows version, go to the Update and Security section in the computer's Settings menu.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the INZONE Hub software on your PC.
    • Reset or initialize the headphones.
