The INZONE Hub PC application cannot detect my headphones
If the INZONE Hub cannot detect the headphones, try the following:
- Update the INZONE Hub software on your computer to the latest version.
- For details, refer to the INZONE Hub website.
- Make sure the slide switch of the USB transceiver is set to PC.
- Check the Sound settings of your computer:
- Open Settings.
- Select System → Sound → Sound control panel.
- Select the INZONE headphones you want to use.
- Select Properties.
- If Device usage is set to Don't use this device (disable), change the setting to Use this device (enable).
- Remove any unnecessary devices from the computer.
- Reconnect the USB transceiver or USB audio box to another USB port.
- Check the Windows Update to ensure the computer is updated to the latest version.
- To check the Windows version, go to the Update and Security section in the computer's Settings menu.
- Uninstall and reinstall the INZONE Hub software on your PC.
- Reset or initialize the headphones.
