There are sound or connection issues when I pair my INZONE Buds to a smartphone using a USB transceiver

If the supplied USB transceiver for your WF-G700N earbuds is connected to a smartphone and carried in a clothing pocket or bag, it can become damaged if the transceiver is bumped, drops to the ground, or if you apply too much pressure to it. If it becomes damaged, you may experience a loss of sound or unstable connection when pairing your earbuds to a smartphone via this transceiver.

If this type of damage requires a repair, you may need to pay a repair fee even if your earbuds are within the warranty period.

Hint: If you notice any signs of damage (bent shape, etc.) at the base of the USB transceiver, this could mean the transceiver was dropped and will need to be repaired. Go to Product Repair.
