Follow these steps if the sound or volume is low.

    1. Raise the volume of the Sound Bar using the remote control.
    2. Raise the volume of the output device, such as a TV or audio device.

    • The issue has been resolved

      NOTE: If either of these steps resolve the issue, the problem was caused by a low volume setting.

    • The issue has not been resolved
