Where can I find the model and serial numbers for my Digital Music Player (Walkman) or other Portable Audio devices?

The model and serial numbers can be found on the device itself or in the bar code on the original box.

Using the bar code label on the original box

The seven digits between S01- and the last digit is the serial number (S01-XXXXXXX-X).

NOTE: If there is a string of zeros, such as "00000000," the product does not have a serial number.

The model and serial number for Walkman Digital Music Players are usually found on the back of the unit.

The model name and serial number of Waterproof Walkman models are usually located on both sides of the unit.

Headband Headphones

Depending on the headphone model, you can find the model name and serial number on the headband or inside the head-padding as in the image below.

Truly Wireless Headphones WF-1000X

The model name and serial number are located on the bottom of the Charging Case.

Portable and Wireless Speakers

Depending on the Wireless Speakers model, you can find the model name and serial number on the bottom of the Portable and Wireless Speaker.

1. The model name and serial number are located at the bottom of the product.
2. The model name CFD-S70 is written on the outside, while the serial number label is pasted inside the battery compartment cover.
3. Open the battery compartment cover to locate the serial number.

Digital Voice Recorders

Depending on the Digital Voice Recorder model, you can find the model name and serial number on the back or at bottom of the Digital Voice Recorder.
