Creators' App cannot connect to the camera.
Check the following items, in the order shown.
- Confirm that your camera is supported by Creators' App.
Supported cameras - Perform one of the following operations.
If the problem is not resolved, proceed with the following.
- What is displayed on the camera and smartphone?
- The message [Bluetooth connection with the camera could not be established.] is displayed on the smartphone.
- The message [Bluetooth connection with the camera has been discontinued.] is displayed on the smartphone.
- The message [Unpair on both the camera and your smartphone, and then reconnect.] is displayed on the smartphone.
- The message [The device is already connected to a smartphone.] is displayed on the camera.
- A message on the camera indicates that it is connected, but a message on the smartphone indicates that connection has failed.
- The message [Could not establish Wi-Fi connection with your camera.] is displayed on the smartphone.
- The message [Could not switch the smartphone's Wi-Fi network to the camera.] is displayed on the smartphone.
