Cannot migrate from Imaging Edge Mobile to Creators' App after a camera system software update.
If you had been using Imaging Edge Mobile but you want to migrate to Creators' App by applying a software update to the camera, perform the following steps.

Update Imaging Edge Mobile to the latest version (Ver. 7.7.2 or later). After the update, start the app.
- This operation is necessary to enable smooth pairing of the camera with Creators' App.
- If the Imaging Edge Mobile icon is , the version is 7.7.2 or later.

If you are using an iPhone/iPad, restart the device. (Turn the iPhone/iPad power off and then turn it back on again.)
- If you are using an Android device, go to the next step.

Follow the instructions in "Connecting the camera to Creators' App" to connect the camera to Creators' App.
- If the above does not resolve the problem, follow the instructions in "A message is displayed: [Bluetooth connection with the camera could not be established.]" to delete the camera and smartphone connection information.
