I cannot connect my camera and smartphone via Wi-Fi.
To connect the camera and Android/iOS smartphone via Wi-Fi, you will need to download the Imaging Edge Mobile app.

[Could not establish Wi-Fi connection with your camera.] is displayed when I try to start image transfer or remote shooting.
Before you start
1. Use the latest version of the app and the camera’s system software.
The latest app version can be found in the Download section of the Imaging Edge Mobile website.

2. Check that Wi-Fi is enabled on each LCD screen of the camera and smartphone.
To ensure a Wi-Fi connection is possible, please adjust the settings as follows:
- Wi-Fi Connect / Ctrl w/ Smartphone → On
- Airplane Mode → Off

- If you are using an iPhone, tap Settings to turn on Wi-Fi. Then, select the Wi-Fi network (SSID) of the camera and open the Imaging Edge Mobile app.
What to do if the issue continues
1. Reinsert the battery pack and memory card.
- Turn off your camera and smartphone.
- Remove the battery pack and memory card from the camera, and then reinsert them.
Note:- The camera may not be able to connect via Wi-Fi if a recordable memory card is incorrectly inserted into the camera.
- Please insert the memory card correctly after confirming the direction and front/back of the memory card.
- Turn on your camera and smartphone.
2. Start the Imaging Edge Mobile app installed on your smartphone.
- The settings can differ depending on your camera model. Refer to the Remote shooting page on the Imaging Edge Mobile website to confirm the procedure to connect your camera and smartphone.
3. Reset the camera setting and check if the issue improves.
