Audio data such as button sounds and commentaries are separated from movie file data. To output at the same time, you need to preset on the BD player BD Audio MIX Setting to On. You can mix the button sounds with Dolby Digital plus/Dolby TrueHD sound. DTS-HD mixes the button sounds with DTS-HD Core sound.
