The TV screen flickers during Blu-ray Disc or DVD playback.

TV may be incompatible with 24p video signals. Please use either one of the solution below to eliminate the problem.

• Turn OFF “Deep Color” setting on TV side.　
  NOTE: Please refer to TV Instruction manual on how to turn OFF “Deep Color” setting.

• Turn OFF “Deep Color” setting on Ultra HD Blu-Ray Player side

  1. Using the Blu-ray Disc player remote, press the Home button.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Screen Settings.
  4. Select HDMI Deep Color Output, then set to OFF.

• Set the 24p Output settings to OFF on Ultra HD Blu-Ray Player side for each type of disc you watch.

• 1. Using the Blu-ray Disc player remote, press the Home button.

  3. Select Setup.
  4. Select Screen Settings.
  5. Select 24p Output.
     • For Blu-ray Disc:
       Select Ultra HD Blu-ray/BD-ROM, then set to OFF. (default is AUTO)
     • For DVD:
       Select DVD-ROM, then set to OFF. (default is AUTO)
