I am having trouble with the Bluetooth handsfree or audio functions on my car audio device.

If you are experiencing difficulty using the handsfree or audio functions on the this unit, follow these steps to resolve this issue:

NOTE: Not all Bluetooth audio systems are supplied with same features and functions. To verify the information for your specific model, check the specifications or the operating instructions.

1. Disconnect all the connected devices from the Bluetooth audio system.
2. Connect from the phone again to try to establish a handsfree connection. 

NOTE: If you still cannot connect, remove the pairing (registration) between the phone and> this unit then try from pairing (device registration) again.
