Are you charging using any of the following?

    • An AC adapter above 1.5 A
    • A PC with a 500 mA output

    • Yes

    • No

      It may take more time to finish charging when charging with an AC adapter or the USB port of a computer that does not meet these requirements.
      Wait until charging is complete or connect to an AC adapter of 1.5 A or greater or a computer with an output capacity of 500 mA when charging.
