Does the CHARGE indicator light up when you remove and reinsert the USB cable?

    Confirm that the USB cable is firmly connected to the speaker.

    • Lights up

      The USB cable may have not been firmly inserted. Wait until the speaker is fully charged. When charging is finished, the CHARGE indicator lights off.

    • Does not light up
