Why is there a power plug icon and spinning arrow displayed on the TV?
The power plug icon and spinning arrow is an indication that the TV is currently processing the software update. This is not an error icon. Please wait for the software update to complete.
Note:
- The software update may take approximately 30 minutes. This may vary depending on the network speed.
- Please do not disconnect the network and power cable until the update is complete. You will not able to use the TV during the update.
