1. Reconnect the headphones
Reconnect the Headphones cable to the headphone jack of the TV and make sure the cable is plugged in firmly.
2. Check the Headphone/Audio out setting.
Note: To check the type of your TV, refer to the How to check if your BRAVIA TV is a Google TV™, Android TV™, or other TV article.
Google TVs
Because Google TVs do not have the Headphone/Audio out setting, proceed to the next page.
Android TVs
- On the TV remote control, press the Home button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Sound.
Note: If Sound is not shown in Settings, your TV does not have the Headphone/Audio out setting. Proceed to the next page.
- Select Headphone/Audio Out.
Note: If Headphone/Audio Out is not shown in Sound, your TV does not have the Headphone/Audio out setting. Proceed to the next page.
- Select Headphone and confirm by pressing OK.
Other TVs
- On the TV remote control, press the Home button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Setup.
- Select AV Setup.
- Select Headphone/Audio Out.
- Select Headphone and confirm by pressing OK.
