What should I do If I lose the charging case or one side of the headphones?

Can I buy the charging case or only one side of the headphones?

    • The charging case is available as a replacement part.
    • If you've lost one earbud, please contact Sony's Authorised Service Centers to have your earbuds configured (Go to Product Repair.). The earbuds have pre-set information that allows them to communicate with each other. Only an Authorised Service Center can configure your earbuds' settings to align their firmware versions. All three components (left earbud, right earbud, charging case) must be present during the configuration.

    • If you've lost the charging case or one earbud, please send the remaining items to Sony's Authorised Service Centers (Go to Product Repair.) so that a replacement for the missing part can be acquired and reset with the remaining components. The earbuds and the charging case all have pre-set information that allows them to communicate with each other. Only an Authorised Service Center can configure your earbuds' settings to align their firmware versions. All three components (left earbud, right earbud, charging case) must be present during the configuration.

    • You cannot replace missing parts. No spare parts are available for these models.

    Notes:  

    • The warranty does not cover the cost of replacing lost or missing items.
    • (*) "NFC" stands for "Near-Field Communication".


    After you receive the replacement, perform a standard initialization.
