The headphones cannot be connected to an iOS device using the Sony | Music Center or Sony | Sound Connect app.

In order for the headphones to connect to an iOS device, if your iOS version is 13 or later, you need to allow Bluetooth access in the Sony | Music Center or Sony | Sound Connect app. If you are using iOS version 14 or later and want to use the Sony | Music Center app, allow Bluetooth access in the app, and Local Network should also be turned on.

Follow these steps to turn on these settings:

1. On the iOS Settings menu, select Sony | Music Center or Sony | Sound Connect app.
   Note: The settings should be set for each app.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth.
3. For Sony | Music Center with iOS 14 or later, turn on the Local Network.
