Sound skips or noise is heard from the headphones.

    Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Unplug the headphones from the device three times. The last time, make sure to firmly plug it in.

      The playback device that was initially connected may be malfunctioning. Consult the manufacturer of the device.
