Tools to resolve PlayMemories Home installation or start up errors.

    If you cannot install or start up PlayMemories Home, or if it does not operate properly, please download the following tool.

    The PlayMemories Home Repair Tool automatically performs the following processing procedure and deletes the PlayMemories Home program, database, and camera connection history from your computer.

    NOTE: The PlayMemories Home Repair Tool is a tool for deleting and restoring the program. Reinstall PlayMemories Home after performing the procedure.

    Processing procedure that the PlayMemories Home Repair Tool performs.

    1. The previously installed PlayMemories Home/PMB is uninstalled.
    2. Services currently in use that are related to PlayMemories Home/PMB are stopped.
    3. Services related to the previously installed PlayMemories Home/PMB are deregistered from the OS.
    4. Installation folders for the previously installed PlayMemories Home/PMB are deleted.
    5. Registries related to the previously installed PlayMemories Home/PMB are deleted.
    6. The registry that certifies that PlayMemories Home/PMB has been previously installed in the OS is deleted.
    7. Folders storing personal settings for the previously installed PlayMemories Home/PMB are deleted.
    8. Files or folders related to the previously installed PlayMemories Home/PMB are deleted from temporary folders in OS.
