    What about the Information bar of Internet Explorer 7.0?

    It is located on the top of the webpage
     
    If Internet Explore is still using its original settings, you will see the Information bar in the following circumstance:
    •If a website tries to install an ActiveX control on your computer or run an ActiveX control in an unsafe manner.
    •If a website tries to open a pop-up windows
    •If a website tries to download a file to your computer.

    If you trust the publisher of the ActiveX control or script, please refer to the following steps.
     
    1.Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Option.
    2.Click the Security label, then  click the Restricted sites icon, then click the Sites button
    3.After showing the Restricted sites screen, click URL on top of webpage in Websites” bar, then click Remove button.
    4.Click the Close button.
