Unable to connect the headphones or speaker to a device when I have paired it with multiple devices

You can normally connect your Bluetooth® headphones or speakers to up to eight devices but only receive or transmit to one device at a time. When you turn ON your headphones or speaker, it usually automatically connects to the last connected device.

However, if the headphones or speakers have previously connected to several other devices, turning on a different device may not always allow a connection to that device. Here are some general recommendations to resolve the issue:

    1. On your phone, computer, etc, open the Bluetooth setting and make a manual connection to your headphones or speaker.
      • These steps will vary depending on your device. If you aren't sure how to navigate to the Bluetooth settings, please contact your device manufacturer for instructions.
    2. If the issue still occurs, initialize the headphones or speaker.
    3. Alternatively, If you don't want to lose your settings, you can go to the Bluetooth settings of other paired devices to find the one currently connected to your headphones or speakers. After identifying the device, disconnect its Bluetooth connection. Then, proceed with step 1 to switch between devices without resetting them.

If the issue is still not resolved,
