The speakers connected to the AV receiver don't output any sound when the TV is connected to the HDMI OUT A jack
If sound from the TV can't be heard when connecting to the HDMI OUT A jack, and the eARC/ARC indicator disappears even if the TV option is selected on the AV receiver, it's possible the options OFF or B may be selected in the HDMI OUT setting of the AV receiver.
Follow the steps below to adjust the settings:
- Press the HDMI OUT button on the front panel of the AV receiver repeatedly until the A indicator is displayed next to HDMI OUT on the right side of the panel.
- Check if the issue is resolved.
